Who We Are

Alpha Leadership Partners, formed in 2019 in Garland, Texas, is a new Ministry Department of Artists in Christian Testimony International based in Brentwood, Tennessee. A.C.T. Intl just celebrated its 50th anniversary of service as a 501 (c) (3) organization.

ALP exists to develop leaders in business, media, and Christian ministries by teaching, consulting, producing videos, and coaching interns.

Alpha Leadership Partners’ mission could be summed up in the film term MONTAGE: Making our Normal Tasks a God Encounter.

For ourselves and those we train and serve, our desire is to show God’s love and His truth through how we live, speak, and work every day. As ordinary people with international hearts, we come alongside as helping partners. Let’s grow together in this high calling–to live with integrity, wisdom, and compassion in all our individual spheres of influence!

What We Believe

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God. We believe that there is one God eternally existent in three persons: The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, and His personal return in power and glory. We believe in the resurrection of the saved and the lost: the saved to the resurrection of life and the lost to damnation. We believe in creating unity within the Body of Christ.

We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ: His death, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is an unmerited gift from God, not earned by good works or any human effort. Whosoever calls upon Jesus will be saved.

Relationships –

with God and people–are greatly valued. They carry a high priority and form the foundation of who we are and all that we do.

Integrity

What we believe on Sunday informs all our life and work, every day of the week. Living an integrated, consistent life–worthy of honesty and trust–is crucial.

Service

As Jesus came not to be served, but to serve, we come alongside our partners and friends in a variety of ways. The focus is helping them achieve the only true kind of success—the one that lasts eternally.

Excellence

We aim to do everything to the glory of God, offering him our very best efforts, with the skills, gifts, and experience that we freely acknowledge all come from him. We serve an awesome God, and his ways are excellent. Ours should be, too.

Compassion

Our experiences in the USA and other nations have shown us the importance of having open hearts, with a desire to love and empathize with the needs of others. When it is in our power to assist, we go out of our way to do that.

Unity

We cooperate with people across a broad spectrum of various Christian traditions and denominations, with emphasis on what unites us in the Body of Christ, not our differences. We exercise flexibility and love, with biblical accountability, and work to maintain healthy relationships.

Faith

We trust God for our salvation and daily life, asking the Lord to give wisdom and direction, and confident He will provide for His work according to His promises.
